Have you always dreamed of throwing of the bowlines and fishing your own dinner? Or are you an avid fisherman that casts the line where ever and when ever possible? It makes no matter, this popular sea angling tour, this is a a love all - serve all kind of adventure.

We would like to promise you that simply breathing in the fresh arctic air, being out on the open seas of Faxaflói Bay and catching your first fish of the day will make this an experience you will not soon forget. We have decades of experience fishing the Bay and we will take you to the most abundant fishing grounds, supply you with all the gear needed and teach you all the best techniques and our personal insights and secret tricks.

On board the traditional old fishing boat Saga you will get all the fishing equipment you need and if you should need one, a rain jacket to keep you dry. Our tours are always fruitful and we commonly catch many of the signature fish of the Icelandic seas including; catfish, cod, haddock, mackerel and pollack.

From May to August this tour also includes puffin & birdwatching so you can get a glimpse into the large variety of the incredible birdlife in the bay.

At the end of the tour you can barbecue your catch on board, fresh and without any fuss, and if we catch a lot on board you can even take it with you!

The meeting point for this tour is at Vesturbugt Harbour close to Vikin / Maritime Museum.
