09:00 - There was a bit more swell today as the wind had increased. On our way out this was behind us, as we headed south again, so it wasn´t too cold. Not too long into the tour we saw our first pod of harbour porpoises coming up quite close. There was around 3-4 individuls in this pod. They looked so cute when they came up for breaths, sometimes we could even hear the little puff sound as they exhaled. We carried on and saw a flock of birds and underneath we saw another porpoise. Every few minutes we were stopping to see more porpoises. In total we saw 4-5 pods but the last was the best. Around 10 individuals surfacing a lot giving us a great view. On our way back it was very wet as the waves sprayed us. We then gave out complimentary tickets so our lovely passengers can come back and hopefully see some more larger cetaceans.
