10:00 - Good conditions today in the bay with eastern wind not blowing to strong and a fairly calm sea. We went out well covered in our overalls and quickly find out that this morning will be very dolphiny. We spotted 5-6 pods of 2-6 white-beaked dolphins. They were moving a lot some came close of us but they did not seem to be in a very playful mood. We had the luck that one of them showed off a bit jumping a two times right next to us! We stayed a while with the different pods of dolphins and left to scout more areas. We went further south but did not get any luck so we went back to the harbour.

14:00 - We went back on the bay with similar conditions than this morning, maybe even calmer. We went in the same areas but the dolphins from this morning were not there, instead there was a humpback whale! We stayed with this beautiful animal for a while, witnessing several fluke dives. The whale was staying about 6 minutes under the surface before coming back, sometimes in a similar area, sometimes futher out. We then went in the south a found a minke whale that we saw a few times. Its crazy how the distribution of cetacean change fast in the bay.
