The day began with a strong wind that decreased as the day grew longer. This meant that the ride out in the earlier tours was quite bumpy, but our final tour of the day was very smooth. Throughout the day wildlife was being seen with the main species observed being the white beaked dolphins. These animals briefly investigated our vessel, coming extremely close but mainly kept a short distance. The odd minke whale was spotted on the tours, however they seemed a little shy as they would show themselves for a short amount of time.
